If you no longer wish to use AstroMitra, you can request the deletion of your account at any time. Please read the information below to understand how account deletion works.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, send an email to contact@astromitra.in with your registered mobile number and a short description of why you want to delete the account.

Once your request is verified, your account will be deactivated immediately and you will lose access to all consultations, chat history, and remaining tokens.

Data Retention After Deletion

After account deletion is initiated, your personal data will be retained securely for a period of 30 days. During this period, your account remains inactive and inaccessible.

If you change your mind and wish to recover your account, you can contact us at contact@astromitra.in within 30 days of the deletion request. We will restore your account along with any associated data.

After 30 days of inactivity following the deletion request, all your personal data including profile information, family profiles, birth details, and chat history will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

Tokens and Purchases

Any unused tokens remaining in your account at the time of deletion will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered, transferred, or refunded after the 30-day recovery window has passed.

Retained Information

Certain information such as transaction records may be retained beyond the 30-day period where required by law, tax regulations, or for fraud prevention purposes. This retained data will not be used for any other purpose.
