AstroMitra is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are below 18 years of age, you may only use the application with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The application is available worldwide, though it is primarily designed for users in India. Access from certain regions may be subject to local laws and regulations.

To access AstroMitra's features, users must register using a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to update your details if they change.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these terms or used for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

AstroMitra operates on a token-based system. Users purchase token packs to access chat consultations with astrologers. Tokens are deducted at a rate of approximately 20 to 30 tokens per minute of consultation, which may vary by astrologer.

Token packs are available in multiple plans. Promotional plans may offer additional tokens as a bonus. All token purchases are final. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Payments are processed securely through our integrated payment partner. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the selected amount to your chosen payment method.

Tokens are for use within AstroMitra only and cannot be used on any other platform or service.

AstroMitra allows users to add additional family profiles under a single account. This enables consultations on behalf of family members using their individual birth and kundali details.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided for family profiles is accurate and that the relevant individuals have consented to their information being shared within the application.

AstroMitra is an entertainment and personal guidance platform. All consultations and insights provided through the application are based on traditional astrological interpretation and are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

AstroMitra does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any consultation. Astrological readings should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.

Whether or not to follow any guidance received through the application is entirely at the user's discretion. We accept no responsibility for decisions made by users based on consultations received through the platform.

You agree to use AstroMitra only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

You must not use the application to send abusive, threatening, or inappropriate messages to astrologers or other users. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse any part of the AstroMitra platform.

All content, design, branding, and code within the AstroMitra application are the intellectual property of Vamshi Bro and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of AstroMitra without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the AstroMitra application at any time without prior notice.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vamshi Bro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the AstroMitra application.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
