Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which token purchases made on the AstroMitra application are handled. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a token purchase on AstroMitra, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. No Refund Policy
All token purchases made on AstroMitra are final and non-refundable. Once a token pack has been purchased and credited to your account, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
This applies to all token plans including standard plans, promotional plans, and bonus token offers.
Tokens hold no monetary value outside of the AstroMitra platform and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or carried over in any form outside the app.
2. Failed Transactions
In the event that a payment is deducted from your account but tokens are not credited, please contact us immediately at contact@astromitra.in with your registered mobile number and transaction details.
We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed as a technical failure on our end, will credit the appropriate tokens to your account within 3–5 business days.
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, payment provider, or network connectivity issues.
3. Unauthorised Transactions
If you believe an unauthorised transaction has occurred on your account, please report it to us immediately at contact@astromitra.in. We will review the case and work with the relevant payment provider to investigate.
We strongly recommend keeping your account credentials secure and not sharing your mobile number or OTP with anyone.
4. Account Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, any unused tokens remaining in your account will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
