If you add family profiles, we collect similar birth details for those profiles as well, based on information you provide voluntarily.

We collect device information such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app usage data to maintain app performance and improve user experience.

We collect transaction records related to token purchases to manage your account balance and resolve payment-related queries.

We may collect chat interaction data between users and astrologers for quality assurance, safety monitoring, and to improve the consultation experience.

We use your information to create and manage your AstroMitra account, enable consultations, process token purchases, and provide customer support.

Birth details and family profile data are used solely to personalise astrological readings within the app and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may use anonymised and aggregated data to analyse app usage trends, improve platform features, and ensure service reliability.

We may use your mobile number to send important account-related notifications such as payment confirmations, session alerts, and service updates. We will not use your number for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
